It’s been a really long time since I can remember sitting with my dog, movie, and glass of wine, just being totally, completely, heavenly chill. This is so, largely in part, because of the go factor. Yes, we’ve have had our special days, but they existed far from perfect because my body wasn’t acceptable.
NOW IT IS.
As the world turned today, each centimetre of my brain, heart, and soul exploded with such joy! Excitement! Warmth! In fact, my face cannot stop smiling, and despite having exercised for two hours (TaeBo + yoga), I could ride my bicycle right this very moment to a Saturday night party Twitter mix. Here are pictures documenting one one thousandth of the amazing things of today.
@Lululemon. It’s been 2 years since I’ve gone into the store. Two years ago…
Oh, takeout brunch! You made my entire body tingle!!!!!!!!!
A very industrial, masculine-looking wine.
Featuring a feminine bird!
I once had an English boyfriend who called me a “bird.” I quite liked that.
Pictures don’t completely cover the happy story of today. To my mother making me chuckle at 6am, to the news of good health of a friend, to the picture of a friend’s fluffy doggies standing adorably on the scale at the vet, to the towering handsome gentleman holding the door for me at the sushi restaurant and me accepting his second glance with pride because I really like who I am since fixing my body, to the Saturday night rocking blues programme on the socialist radio station WYEP, gosh!! Even my skin is smiling because it’s completely a new thing when the entire day is like this. Fixing the body has brought this all together, and I cannot tell you how wonderful it is because no proper words exist.
But I assure you, it is grand.
And it is time for dinner!! Midnight cool, relaxed, fancy dinners on Saturday nights are so fabulous. As previously announced, it’s been a long time since we’ve just chilled out. And tonight is exactly for that, even though it’s actually almost “tomorrow!” 😉
The complimenting movie? “Cake” starring Jennifer Anniston. Any film starring a divine Rachel Green who gains weight for an artistic cause is so very inspiring. Looks riveting!
Have a good day, and namaste.
How was your Saturday?
